"We sought out Lauri’s expertise to help us gain a greater understanding of our kids and have a more harmonious life together. Of course, she can’t just wave her magic wand and make our kids listen, have manners and be kind to each other all the time. What she did do was empower us to do be patient and more understanding of them through very specific strategies. She gave us a “guide” on ways to relate to them and how to speak so they will understand better. It’s still a work in progress but we have noticed some major changes.
