MY APPROACH

I specialize in helping parents speak to their young children so they can, and will listen! I guide you through uncomfortable conversations that lead to greater connection.

Parenting does not come with a handbook. We are all doing the very best we can, and it may seem overwhelming and unrealistic to let yourself dream to imagine living a more peaceful and happy life.

I'm here to help empower parents like you to gain the perspectives and tools you need to thrive in your relationships with your children.

I anchor my skill set, background and non-judgmental approach to support parents in trusting their own inner wisdom and discover what matters most to you. As an educator, I bring an expert lens on child development and realistic expectations for every age and stage.

I believe in using a strengths-based, living systems approach in my coaching. Instead of trying to fit into someone else's ideals, I will work with you to find what is right for you and your family.

When we can adjust our mindset and begin seeing life through a strengths-based approach, things won't seem so overwhelming or stressful. I will help to create a space where you feel safe to reflect on where you are, what you want, and how we can get you there. Our sessions will incorporate appreciative inquiry methods, as we intentionally work our way through the different phases and stages of the change process.

Reading about Lauri Cohen's Parent Coaching is a great first step! I'm not saying it will be easy, or quick; a change process takes time, effort, clarity and motivation. We will do this together, I will guide you towards the preferred future you want and deserve.
